2nd hand store, “Twice Loved” uses design thinking to really understand the customers journey. They use social media as their one of their main tools to promote their business. Online presence is great and drives a lot of foot traffic to their shop but, doesn’t result in a sales bump.

They assume it’s because people are only going to the store for one item and when it’s sold they leave.

Using design thinking to understand the customers journey, they realize that the layout of the store is the problem. It’s too cluttered for people to browse comfortably.

They altered the store layout for more comfortable browsing which resulted in an increase in sales.
